1. New Persona Integration
- What this means: We’ve launched a new integration with Persona, an ID verification platform that we’re now using during Tasker registration in the Tasker app. This will be gradually rolled out across all of our markets in the next few weeks. If you are already a registered Tasker, you will not see any changes.
- Why we did it: Persona captures risk signals to flag suspicious and fraudulent activity, which will help us keep the Taskrabbit marketplace safe and secure. It will also help us continue to protect all your personal identifiable information.
Bug Fixes
- We’ve fixed a bug from our 4.32.0 release on Android that was preventing push notifications from being sent.
- Previously, there was a bug that allowed pending Tasker registrants to log into an expired account and pay a registration fee even though that account should have been deactivated. This bug has now been resolved.
