Product Updates

1. Redesigned calendar

  • What this means: We recently updated your calendar user interface to make the two methods for adding availability even easier. To add availability, you can either tap and drag a time block, or tap and use a time picker to select the hours you’re available to task in.
  • If you want to cancel the process, just hit “cancel” and then confirm. You can also quickly edit availability by tapping your light green time block and either adjusting the time or tapping the trash icon to easily remove the entire block.
  • Why we did it: While the calendar still has the same functionality as before, we wanted to freshen up the user interface and make it a bit more intuitive!

2. Technical updates

We’re working on a few big technical updates that will help us efficiently find the root causes of bugs and other user experience issues that could arise in the Tasker app going forward. User-friendly, efficient code on the back end will help us reduce future potential issues and any impact they might have on you.

Bug fixes
  • We fixed a bug that was preventing some Taskers from logging in to their Tasker app.

Tasker Tip

Make sure to update your app by October 12, 2023! We’ll soon be doing our next minimum version update, which means we won’t be supporting app versions that are older than 4.32.0. If your app hasn’t updated automatically, make sure to download the most recent version to ensure that you can continue running your business without a hitch!
