1. Updated client cancellation policy

  • What this means: This updated policy allows you to get paid for an hour of your time in the event of a client no-show. 
  • Why we did it: We anticipate this will help reduce client cancellations and bring more clarity to both sides of our marketplace. To be eligible, you’ll need to avoid any violations of our Terms of Service. 

Tasker Tip

Have a plan for when clients reschedule. Clients have the ability to reschedule up to 3 hours out from any given task, which means that sometimes, space on your calendar might free up. While you may be able to fill these gaps with Same Day tasks, it will always help to know the ins and outs of how to handle schedule changes. Check out this blog post for more info!
