1. Elite criteria update
- What this means: After hearing your feedback about our Elite program—Taskrabbit’s way of highlighting top-performing Taskers to clients—we’ve updated how we calculate your Performance score, a key metric in how Elite status is determined. It is now a simple calculation: the number of invoices you submit divided by the number of task invitations you receive, per category you’ve opted in to. For example, if you invoice 96 General Mounting tasks after receiving 100 General Mounting invitations, you’ll have a Performance Score of 96%.
- Why we did it: We wanted to simplify how your Performance score is assessed. All you need to do is update your app to the latest version!
