1. Truck-assisted Help Moving is now
available for client booking
- What this means: Clients can now book Truck-Assisted Help Moving tasks, offering them increased flexibility and convenience! If you own a vehicle and task in this category, you’ve been opted in to this skill automatically. If you’re not yet doing Truck-Assisted Help Moving tasks, you can opt in any time—just make sure you have a large vehicle! All hourly rates in this skill should be adjusted to include the use of your vehicle, and any mention of extra vehicle fees must be removed from your profile to comply with our policy. Also note that the expense cap for this skill is $150.
- Why we did it: We wanted to make it faster and easier than ever for clients to find the right Tasker for their Moving tasks.

2. “Announcements” screen refresh
available for client booking
- What this means: We’ve updated the layout of our “Announcements” screen and renamed it to “Notifications.”
- Why we did it: We wanted to use terminology Taskers would be most familiar with so they don’t miss important messages that might influence how they run their businesses.

Tasker Tip
Use chat templates to speed up the booking process! You can now create and save custom messages and seamlessly pull them into chats with clients. This means you no longer have to type messages over and over or rely on a separate “notes” doc on your phone to copy and paste from. Learn how to use chat templates here!
