DC has plenty! For Greek enthusiasts, Hadestown is performing until June 18 and tells a version of the ancient Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice.

The Lion King musical is back in town June 21-29! This timeless award-winning musical can be viewed countless times as the magic from the original film comes to life on stage.
Get Out & About
Enjoy the Out & About Festival June 24-25, a two-day, three-stage festival of music and nature headlined by Brandi Carlile in America’s only National Park for the Performing Arts. Out & About celebrates Pride by spotlighting LGBTQ+ artists and allies who live out loud.

Learn More About Culture
The festival takes place June 29–July 4 and July 6–9. Established in 1967, the festival honors contemporary living and cultural traditions and celebrates those who practice and sustain them. Produced annually by the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage, the festival has featured participants from all 50 states and more than 100 countries.

Kick Off Summer at the Sad Summer Festival
Tickets are going fast! The Sad Summer Festival will make its fourth trek across the country this summer, including a stop in Baltimore on July 12.

Rock On at the Outlaw Music Festival
The fest is back on July 28 in Maryland and runs through August 13, featuring Willie Nelson along with some of the biggest stars in folk, rock, country, and blues.

Listen to the National Symphony Orchestra
Enjoy music from Star Wars: ROTJ this July 8 and 15! The orchestra will also perform music from Studio Ghibli Films by Hayao Miyazaki starting July 14.
