We both had timing conflicts so we had to work through that so that was on both sides, my fault too, but a few times I just didn’t hear back for many hours or a day or almost two. It was slightly frustrating but she and her husband did the best job they could do when they did show up, which was twice because they didn’t have the right tools the first time around.
