• Kim J.I am a homeowner that uses Task Rabbit for various tasks and have always had such a pleasurable experience. I've found myself happy with every tasker until now. From the start, the communication with Angelica was a bit delayed but complete. I hired her for a wallpaper project which she had two positive reviews for that particular task. Per her profile, she states she comes with all tools needed but when she arrived at our house, she only had a pocket knife. No ladder, No level, No tool for smoothing out the wallpaper. I was a bit taken back but was able to provide all the tools she needed to complete the task. I found her to be very friendly and kind so went with the flow on the project. Our initial communication, She verified the project would take her about 2-3 hours to complete. She did a really good job with the wallpaper, however, rushed out of the house at 3 hours with the project incomplete. She stated she had a house cleaning appointment to do next. We planned to have her return for the completion of the project. The communication to reschedule was a true struggle but we finally found a time for her to return. On the day of our appointment, she texted to say her car wouldn't start and she would be late. After about an hour, I called her and she did not answer. After a few minutes, she texted and said she was on her way. She arrived and it seemed she was very rushed to do the work. She has an incredible eye and talent to align the wallpaper well but one of the pieces had some bubbles which she did not smooth out. Once she had left, I realized she had used her pocket knife to cut the wallpaper over our new windowsills and left a perfect cut line in two areas. It was very obvious it was from her knife. I later texted her to show her the mishap but she never responded back which I found very disappointing. Angelica did a good job with the wallpaper on the first go around, however; did a poor job upon completion. She is very sweet and hardworking but I think she rushed this project at the end. Unfortunately, I would not hire her again or recommend her to others.Concrete and Brick painting
