It took him over 3 hours to confirm our booking after he made initial contact with me. I understand he might be on a job but I think responding in an hour is more acceptable. There was also a miscue in when he was arriving vs the actual scheduled appointment. I just wanted to make sure he wasn’t going to back charge me. Out of the blue, he just said “so you want to cancel?” I was a little confused by the statement because no where did I mention that.
