The assembly took much longer than anticipated, costing more than IKEA’s white glove service. Several mistakes were made during the process, including stripped screws, which significantly added to the time. While I appreciate that the Tasker didn’t charge for the additional time caused by these errors, it still impacted my schedule and prevented me from completing other tasks I had planned for the day. The effort to resolve the issues was there, but the overall lack of efficiency and attention to detail made the experience less than ideal.
