• Christin B.I have very mixed feelings about this experience. Let me start with - she did clean my place very well, so I’m not sure if the 3 stars is totally fair because of course, she did do a good job with what she was hired for. It took her 3.5 hours to clean one bedroom, a living area, one half bath, and a kitchenette. Around 800 square feet or maybe less. I do have dogs so there was a decent amount of dog hair. But I’ve had it cleaned in the past by a single person and it’s been done in about 1.5-2 hours tops. After this, she comes back and says she forgot to include her invoice for cleaning supplies she had to buy. She didn’t actually end up charging me for it but it felt odd. I’ve never been asked to cover the cost of cleaning supplies in the past. She offered that she has her own supplies when we originally spoke (and in her profile) without mentioning it could result in an additional charge if she uses her own. I could be way off base, but overall I am left with the impression she was trying to milk every dollar she could. Another oddity of note - she brought her pet raccoon to clean my place. My landlord was the one who relayed this to me as I was not around, and he did say it was in an enclosed stroller so I don’t think it was out running around. But it feels odd to bring a pet along with you to clean someone’s place. Much less one that can carry diseases that are very harmful to dogs, which she knew that I had. Overall, she did clean my place well but I would not hire her again. I feel I could have found someone who would have cleaned it quicker/more efficiently, and I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication regarding bringing a pet along. I rent, and there is a pet policy in place. That could have gotten me in trouble with my landlord had he not been so chill about it. Garage Cleaning
