Install light fixtures, interior doors, cutting doors to size, shaving and fixing hinges, install baseboard, door casing etc... Install security camera, any smart locks such as August locks, Nest, Ring and Emtek products, garage door openers and etc... Patch & caulk holes and craks, change lights, insulation and water proofing & pro interior painting etc., no tall ladder, no gutter cleaning. Parking fee will apply if any.
