I worked as a finish carpenter for 4 years and I also worked as a framer. I can install windows and doors, build decks and replace siding. I have a 4 and 8 foot ladder and a 20 extension ladder, if the job need more than that it has to be rented.

Quality Trusted Service are my values! If you need help with a task? I show up and get it done. 100% of the time. I do not haul trash, debris or boxes. I do not paint (except for touch up), work with toxic materials or adhesives. I only have a 5 foot ladder and can’t safely reach past 10 1/2 feet. I am a fast, careful worker. I really enjoy helping people. I always do my work the best that I can. I also communicate as clearly as I know how. Recent jobs: repair door jambs, install dead bolts, fix a banister, patch small holes in stucco. Installed a cabinet or shelves in closet. I can trim a door to swing over carpet. I can patch holes in drywall about the size of a baseball. I can do baseboard and build small things. I do not build partitions or illegal walls or additions. I do not install garbage disposals or solder copper plumbing. I do not install appliances. I do not run electrical conduit or wires. I do not have a truck. I can change an outlet, light fixture, sconce, chandelier and will install a new toilet. I can fix, alter, adjust cabinet hardware. I don’t install tile. If you think you may need a plumber electrician or contractor you may, but if you think a very experienced handyman could fix it, call me.

  • Patricia K.Great to work with!Carpentry
  • John S.Great job! Last week I had Volodymyr repair some rotten wood along my front door frame. He did an excellent job. That gave me confidence to ask him back today for a second project. One of the floor boards needed to be pulled up and replaced. Once again, he did a great job. He's very conscientious, clean, and has the right skills. While he was here I mentioned I wanted to remove my ceiling fan and put up a new light fixture. He did it in ten minutes! I now have a favorite Task Rabbit. Carpentry
  • Brianna I.Great service! On time, worked fast, and very knowledgeable. Will hire him againCarpentry
  • Maura R.Showed up early, was very capable and able to help with a few different projects. Would recommend to others! Carpentry
  • Eric R.Richard did an amazing job on my carpentry task. He is very talented and detailed oriented. He did not want to leave my home until I was 100% satisfied with his work, and I was. Thanks Richard!Carpentry
  • John S.Great experience! Volodymyr was punctual, professional, and did a fantastic job. As is often the case, my project was too small for most big contractors, but required more skill and experience than I was comfortable with as a DIY project myself. A portion of the wood around my front door had rotted out and needed to be removed and replaced. Volodymyr not only replaced the wood, but treated the underlying structure with preservative, then caulked, primed, and painted the area. Excellent experience. Carpentry
