Install security camera, any smart locks such as August locks, Nest, Ring and Emtek products, garage door openers and etc... Patch & caulk holes and craks, change lights, insulation and water proofing & pro interior painting etc., no tall ladder, no gutter cleaning. Parking fee will apply if any.
