I asked for the exterior siding of my 1300 sq ft house to be power washed and according to the research I did, was expecting that to take 2-3 hours. Cassie had to leave before the job was complete due to weather (totally understandable), but worked for 2.5 hours and didn’t complete even half of the house. I had also made sure to note that the house is two stories but she did not arrive with a ladder and was unable to clean the high points. I did get billed for 2.5 hours and ended up paying that amount. She’s very friendly and has a good attitude so I wouldn’t necessarily say “don’t hire her”. I would just recommend being very clear with expectations regarding time and job coverage. Pressure Washing
