He is a wonderful communicator and will work with you through any adjustments during the move (in my case, the elevator broke down midway through and he did not get frustrated or annoyed, but actually was the calmer voice and got us to get through the move via stairs). Kashim is also easygoing and we were able to talk (at my request) about life and careers, which made the moving process very easy going and reduced any stress one can expect when moving. He also offered to give me a car ride back to my previous apartment after the task was complete. A testament to his level of care and professionalism.
